Hi beautiful people, both familiar and new! My name is Rin and I'm a singer/songwriter from Michigan. I am interested in every dimension of life, and I regularly dig beneath the surface of what life seems to present to find the treasures underneath; the treasures that make it all what it is. 

I'm a ball pit. 

I'm an intellectual, I'm emotional, I'm intuitive, I'm a comedian, I'm an old woman, I'm a tiny child, I'm introspective, I see beauty, I see darkness, I regularly give myself to both tears and laughter without holding anything back, I love with every fiber of my being. I believe in living. I look back and I dig, I look forward and I dream, but what I love more than either of those is looking only as far as my eyes can see, and living.

And I'd say that's how I write music - I dig, I dream, I mold, I ponder, I articulate, and I create something real. I hope my songs connect with you, and I hope you enjoy listening to them as much as I enjoy creating and performing them. It's a privilege to be able to call myself an artist, and I am going to continue to give myself to the crafts of songwriting and performing for as long as I've got it in my bones to give.
